COA Soccer Agency was founded on Noah’s vision of creating a dynamic community where aspiring footballers can gain the exposure and guidance needed to pursue their dreams of playing collegiate soccer. Today, COA Soccer Agency is recognized by top programs across NCAA Divisions I, II, III, NAIA, and NJCAA, and continues to support players of all levels in finding the right academic and athletic fit.
Originally from Ottawa, Ontario, Noah has been immersed in the sport since the age of four. He developed through the ranks of the Ottawa Fury FC Academy (USL Championship) before moving to the United States to attend Huntington University (NAIA). Over five seasons, he was a consistent varsity starter, team captain for his final two years, and helped lead the team to two Crossroads League conference championships. During his collegiate career, Noah also competed at the USL2 level with Peachtree City MOBA, Dayton Dutch Lions, and AC Houston Sur.
Noah holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing & Sports Management and an MBA, earned while serving as a graduate assistant coach. His firsthand experience as a student-athlete and collegiate coach has equipped him with a deep understanding of the recruiting process. Through COA Soccer Agency, he channels that expertise to empower young footballers to navigate their journey and achieve their goals at the collegiate level.
Born in Akron, Ohio and raised in Dayton, Jacob has been immersed in the game of soccer since childhood. He began playing for his local hometown club (NWC Alliance, Ohio Galaxies FC) at age six and continued through age seventeen before moving on to compete at the collegiate level. Jacob spent his early college years at Huntington University (NAIA) before transferring to NCAA Division I Bowling Green State University, where he completed his collegiate career. During his summers, he competed in USL League Two with the Dayton Dutch Lions and Flint City Bucks, gaining invaluable experience and exposure to the next level of the game.
After college, Jacob was drafted by the Columbus Crew of Major League Soccer (MLS) and now enters his third professional season with Loudoun United FC in the USL Championship.
At COA Soccer Agency, Jacob serves as the Head of Recruitment, leading efforts to identify and connect talented young players with opportunities that match their potential. He is passionate about giving back to the next generation of athletes who share his dream — helping them navigate the challenges of recruitment, development, and higher-level competition.
Beyond his playing career, Jacob’s passion for the game extends into coaching, mentoring, and player development. He continues to dedicate his time to helping young athletes find opportunities to play at universities and amateur clubs across the United States while pursuing their education. His personal journey and professional network have positioned him as a valuable resource — one he wishes he had during his own recruiting experience.
Originally born in Philadelphia, PA, to Liberian (West African) parents, Jordan’s football journey began in St. Paul, Minnesota, when his classmates—refugees from Thailand—introduced him to pick up soccer during recess in kindergarten. As a forward, all he knew was to kick the ball, run fast, and score.
This early global encounter led him to Leesburg, VA, where he began playing youth soccer with Loudoun Soccer’s recreation program. Eventually, he transitioned to travel soccer with the Leesburg Superstrikers, gaining valuable experience playing across the DMV landscape.
Years later, Jordan’s family moved to South Bend, IN, where he played for his grade school team, the Stanley Clark School. He went on to join the 1997 and 1998 Indiana Invaders teams as well as the Indiana State Olympic Development Program (ODP). Jordan was later called into the Midwest Region II ODP camp, where he met players from across the region—his first exposure to a highly competitive talent pool and valuable networking opportunities with coaches and players. ODP coaches encouraged him to try the outside back position, and he discovered a new joy playing as an attack-minded wingback.
In 2014, Jordan continued his football journey as a forward with Mishawaka Marian High School, winning Indiana High School State Championships in 2015 and 2016. He later attended Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis (IUPUI) before transferring to McCallie School in Chattanooga, TN, as a student-athlete in 2017. During preseason, the team competed in the Smoky Mountain Cup against top-ranked programs. Huntington University coaches attended one of the matches where Jordan scored a hat trick. McCallie went on to win the Cup and finished as runners-up in the Tennessee Secondary School Athletic Association (TSSAA) State Championship that same season.
Jordan attracted interest from NAIA, NCAA Division III, and NCAA Division I programs, but ultimately committed to Huntington University (NAIA), where he double-majored in Economics & Finance and Business Management, and double-minored in Marketing and Entrepreneurship.
At Huntington, Jordan played multiple positions but primarily featured as a forward and winger. During his four seasons, the program earned a regular-season title, two conference championships, and two NAIA National Tournament berths—never missing the postseason during his tenure.
During the COVID-19 break in 2019, Jordan co-founded Futty Central LLC with Noah Stanford and Jacob Erlandson. Futty Central was a grassroots soccer media platform that provided a diverse perspective on U.S. soccer, highlighting both the women’s and men’s game. The platform saw organic success and opened the door to an opportunity with For Soccer Ventures, where Jordan worked remotely and on the road as a Digital Marketing Specialist for Black Star Soccer.
He later joined Mount Vernon Nazarene University as both an Assistant Coach and Digital Marketing Specialist, further expanding his experience on and off the pitch.
Semi-professionally, Jordan drew interest from Fort Wayne FC (USL2) and El Semillero in Santa Cruz, Bolivia, though he ultimately chose not to pursue either opportunity.
With his diverse experiences and global football network, Jordan aims to show US soccer the potential of the unknown.
